Shoot Tight Pt. 2

For this assignment my mind immediately went to flowers because many of them are so small and delicate yet have so many pretty details. I used a one bulb lamp for my lighting so it was a little challenging for me and took a while to play with and just my camera to get these photos. My favorite is of the single rose.

Coming up with an idea for the Illustration assignment was challenging because when theres an issue that bothers me I am really passionate about it and so I have found it hard to pick an issue and illustrate it through just a few photos. Initially I had thought I wanted to do something about domestic abuse victims and shooting one that is far from the stereotypical image of what this looks like. Due to lack of resources I transitioned away from that idea and that night attended a guest speaker in the Eccles Fine Arts Center.
